This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. Dominique Pon, director of the 3rd French clinic, is one of the leader in trust management. The talk, intimate as well as pragmatic, gives examples on how trust transforms the relationships and mood on the workplace, and maybe the individuals themselves.

With a diploma in IT engineering, Dominique started his career in a very traditional way, being involved in the development and deployment of IT solution for Aerospace and Airport management. In 2001 he decides to start from scratch and will join Clinic Pasteur in Toulouse, starting from the bottom level. He will climb his way through the organization, to become the CEO of the clinic in 2011. This was done thanks to his commitment in developing innovative solutions, start-ups and solutions for the benefit of patients. His message is the following : “Trust based management his the fight of my life !”
